Last Sunday, the Cambridgeshire Vintage Tractor Club held a run through several local villages in aid of Addnebrookes Charitable Trust. Here are a few of the images

Tram Extension Works at Blackpool

The first image is an artist's impression of the finished £22 million Blackpool Tramway extension, which joins the route along the promenade to Blackpool North Railway Station from North Pier. It’s expected to be completed and opened in 2019. We enjoyed watching the cement being poured from the overhead boom, spread by rakes and vibrated by the electric probe and a digger shovel.
