Leaving Berlin For Prague

Berlin Day 2
This morning was spent on a coach tour round Berlin being shown many of the tourist sites. The weather was very overcast so not really good for photographing buildings etc. We revisited many of the spots in the afternoon/evening once the light levels began to drop. Then the various buildings came to life. I wanted to visit the Reichstag Norman Foster dome but would have had to wait 4 hours for a time slot. Instead enjoyed time along the river with the new Parliament buildings and then on the walk back to Alexander Platz. Images 6 and 7 are double exposures in camera. Great to meet Martin Deeley, a Member of CCC resident in Berlin.
Berlin Day 1
We arrived at Haupt Bahnhof Berlin after nearly 12 hours train travel across Europe. After a late supper, Phil and I went for a stroll round Alexander Square area - we are staying in Park Inn for 2 nights. It had been raining so all the pavement were wet and reflecting the lights. The streets were pretty quiet at 11.30pm!! These are jpegs done from the raw in camera (XT-10) and straight on the Blog (can't read raw with Lightroom 5!). They were also handheld so maybe lacking a bit of quality.
