Ham House

With rain threatened for the rest of the day, I decided a visit to a National Trust property was the best idea yesterday and Ham House was the nearest to my evening lecture destination. It is a Jacobean house(1610 onwards) with a lot of the original furniture (more of this later) and the grounds are very impressive with both original 17th Century gardens and some later statues and landscaping. A place well suited to the use of the infrared camera. Thanks to Richmond and Twickenham Photographic Society for a warm welcome in the evening.
