Museum of Liverpool
We visited one of my favourite modern buildings on sunday. The Museum of Liverpool is a very impressive structure involving 2,100 tons of steel, 1,500 square metres of glazing, 5,700 square metres of natural Jura limestone, 7,500 cubic metres of concrete and 20 tons of bolts.

Cambridge Camera Club Exhibition
All being well given the present storm, CCC's Annual Exhibition opens in the Guildhall Cambridge at 1pm today and runs till 5pm on Saturday 2nd November, Over 400 images on display.

Across the Mersey
Beautiful dawn this morning across the Mersey to the Liverpool skyline.
The waders were rather too distant for a 200 mm lens but the light made up for it.

Rainy Evening in New Brighton
Staying in New Brighton on the Wirral to attend the PAGB Print Finals tomorrow. Wet evening afforded opportunity for some different shots of the famous shelters.
